GENERAL:
Your order will be shipped via a Standard Service unless you select an expedited shipping method. These rates are not applicable for orders shipped outside of the US. Expedited orders placed after 1pm will be shipped the next day.
INDIVIDUAL ORDERS:
Most orders will ship out within 4-6 business day of ordering. Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take up to 48 hours to process.
Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, 5dunited.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
Some orders may take up to 12 business days from the date of purchase to arrive. If your order is expected to take longer than 6 business days, you will receive a notification with the options to proceed with order, switch to a different product, or receive a refund.
TEAM ORDERS:
If we have the sizes and colors available, we will attempt to ship BLANK products within 1-4 days via UPS Ground. For custom products, our turnaround time is approximately 3 weeks plus shipping transit time.
5Dunited.com will not be responsible for any items not checked for order accuracy or sizing before being sent to a screen printing/embroidery house. We will not be responsible for shrinkage, defects, or damages caused during the decoration of our garments by sources other than our own.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
Custom and decorated orders cannot be cancelled after they have been routed to production.
