Standard Item Returns
Non-custom items in new condition can be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt.
Custom Item Returns
All custom items are made to order. Items that have been decorated with a name, number or logo are not eligible for a return or exchange unless it is determined that your order is not 100% free from defects in materials and decoration.
How Do I Return My Order?
After confirming that your order is eligible for a return/exchange, please contact our Customer Service Team and they can send you a prepaid label to return the order to us. Upon receipt, we will review your ticket and handle the return/exchange as quickly as possible.
Where do I send my Returns?
A prepaid label will be provided to you after you speak with a 5D Team Member.
Late or Missing Refund
If you haven’t received a refund after the given time period has passed, please contact your bank or credit card company first. If they do not have the transaction on file, we will be glad to help identify the problem. Contact us at [email protected].
